OMG, I have been in that building many times to support family and it just blows my mind to see this level of destruction. You expect to see this where I live in the south, but not in NY.

Poor construction...
The district has had many problems with this structure as the last round of renovations were of poor quality construction.

Yes, it amazes me that the only damage is in the one section of school that was done cheaply ! It has never matched the rest of the school , because they got a " deal " on that color to finish the front. Obviously cheap job done on the roofas well ! No other damage to roofs at school or other areas around the school. Hmmmmmmmm ?
