Pat The Producer

Kimberly & Beck
M-F 5:00 - 10:00a

The Newest Member of My Family

His name is Panzer. He is a 3 year old, 100 pound Rottweiler/Mastiff mix who was rescued and taken to Lolly Pop Farms. Jessi and I adopted him yesterday!!!!

He's a very good boy who is 10 - 20 pounds under weight (there's a scary thought LOL). VERY mild mannered, and is already.

Your New Dog
Hi Pat... Great looking dog! Just an FYI...It's 'Lollypop Farm' Not Lolly Pop Farms. Congrats and may your new pet bring you years of joy and friendship. Oh and thank you for chosing a shelter pet! (I work there) :) ~Lee

your dog
Hi Pat, I adopted a dog from an area shelter. He is such a sweetheart. I highly recommend that everyone look at shelters before buying a "pure breed" dog.....we are soo happy that we adopted our dog!

Is your wife going to force the poor dog to eat veggies too?

Big baby
Love your doggie, he is so cute. Nothing wrong with veggies. My dog loves lettuce, carrots, pumpkin, etc. He gets veggie treats and helps keep the weight down (117lbs). Anything but onions and grapes (toxic!) Best of luck.

Love Rotties
Owned Rotts for past 30 years - They are great with kids - My last one was a better babysitter than the 17 year old girl I was paying

Beggin Strips
Stay away from Beggin Strips - the dye they use causes problems with their ears. Go figure! Took a trip to the vets and antibiotic cream to clear it up. Vet told us that foods that use artificial dyes causes issues - best to stay with away from them. Thecompanies that make these products are going after the consumer and frankly the dogs do not care if their treats are the right color.

Great dog
We came a whisker away from getting Panzer, had him reserved, but unfortunately pulled out at the last moment, allowing you to get him! He's a great dog - I miss him already!

Glad He Went to a Good Home
My family put a hold on Panzer on Friday night and we were going to adopt him Saturday morning. We decided at the last minute that he might not be the best fit for our family with his size and all. Although I am sad we didn't adopt Panzer, I am glad he has found a great home!

Dog training
Hey Pat,My name is Ron I am an Obedience instructor (dog trainer) and behavior consultant. He is a very good looking dog. But you have a dog that has a high energy level. He need more exercise. A tired dog is a good dog. Also there are toys you can give him that will keep him busy well you are gone. Easy way to stop the garbage raiding is to MOVE the garbage can to a place he can not get to. Get him in a class and I train in Albion a bit of a drive for you city folks. Also Kim Siberian RULE !!!! Good luck I’ll be listening.

crating your dog
I work at a vet and you should never put him in his crate for being bad because he will associate his crate as a place he's goes when his is bad. FYI

both can make good family oriented pets, and good looking dogs.but have fun when the heavy shedding starts!lol.I've seen first hand how rotties can be as good or better family pets than alot of labs believe it or not.
