Here is 27-year-old Clay O'Connor. Newark Village PD arrested him just after midnight on Saturday and charged him with DWI, Aggravated DWI and Refusal of a Breathalyzer. When he got back to the station he was recorded with a BAC of .36 (FOUR TIMES THE LEGAL LIMIT). He looks like he's wearing a Vikings jersey, too bad they couldn't score 36 points against The Bears... 19-year-old Craig Wyckoff failed to stop at Routes 5 & 20. Deputies say he crossed the road and crashed into the lawn of a bar. Deputies say he fled from the scene of the crash and was later located in a wooded area east of the crash at 4 a.m. Wyckoff resisted arrest and kicked an officer. Police say that they needed tase hime, in order to take him into custody. He was charged with resisting arrest, harassment, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep right. DON'T TASE ME BRO!
21-year-old Catherine Yaeger is facing manslaughter and drug charges after a long investigation. Officers responded to call on Dewey Ave back in March. When they arrived, they found 21-year-old Vanessa Sawyer unconscious from a possible overdose. She was taken to the hospital and died 2 days later. Yeager is being charged with second degree manslaughter, criminal injection of a narcotic drug and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
