Irresponsible, dumb people like that should not be aloud to have children. Someone should put him in a walk-in freezer for an hour and see how he likes it!! And then take his baby away and give the child to someone that knows how to take care of a baby.
He was gambling while the baby was in the back seat and covered up to hide the child.
