This is Ariana (pic below). She is now 10 years old, but when she was 7 she was involved in a sledding accident at Highland Park back in March of 2008. She hit a tree going 35 mph and crushed her skull. A nurse was near by and put pressure on her head to stop a brain bleed that would have killed little Ariana.
Ariana made a full recovery, but no one knows who saved her life. All she wants for Christmas is to thank the woman who saved her life and give her a hug.

The police never got her name. She had brown hair and is a nurse... that's literally all we have.

"Deputies say Cortney Greene, 18 of Byron, was operating a slow-moving golf car without lights on Route 237 when a car crested the hill and struck the rear of the golf cart. Greene and her passenger, 18-year-old Zachary Rusin of Holley, were ejected and thrown into the road. Rusin died as a result of his injuries. Both were drunk. Very sad. Pictures of the two, who were dating, below.
If you needed any motivation to never drink and drive then here's plent for ya. The passenger lost an arm in this crash. The driver fled from the scene and hid in a bush. The passenger is lucky to have survived. Both were drunk.
An Albion guy named David Grove was shot and killed while trying to steal copper from a house that had suffered a fire . The girlfriend, Jen Swett (She goese by Grove on Facebook) has been making a big fuss out of his death saying the shooter should be charged for murder. She put a sign in her yard saying "We love and miss you David Grove."
A month after his death though we are told she had already mety a nother man... Ok that happens. It gets worse though: she is pregnant... and the new man is daddy number 5 for her. Ugh.
Cook 7 oz. box of Minute Rice…as per directions...set aside. Put one Box of Birdseye Chopped Broccoli in pan with a little water and cook…drain water when finished booking (about 12 min). Fluff rice with fork...then add 1 pound of Velveeta cheese (grated) to the rice...stir...add drained broccoli...stir. Add:
2 eggs 2/3 cup of milk 1/2 cup of oil...stir well. Chop one small onion (fine) then add to mixture. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Add salt and garlic powder to taste. Bake uncovered at 325-degrees for 1-1/2 hours (ok to look really brown).

What there's no speculating are the facts: She was drunk, going the wrong way down 104 in Irondequoit with her lights off, and she slammed head on into another car. Thakfully no one was injured.

A listener sent us a letter telling his story of taking his 1989 Corvette that he saved for since he was 8 years old. It was a 1989 because that's the year his kid was born.
The Corvette was taken to a Chili garage to put 4 new tires on it. He left, came back, and discovered that during the "test drive" of the car there was an "accident" causing the car to flip over. The car is totalled.
Should he sue the garage? We think so. Especially seeing they, allegedly, have a history of having accidents thta flip cars.

A listener, who did not identify him/herself, sent us this over the weekend. The couple is in their 70's. The baby is a plastic baby which they treat as a real one. They even try to feed it. They are commonly inside the Mall at Greece Ridge, which is where this picture was TOOKEN
We're sure they are probably nice people, it's just... well this is freaking weird!!!!

I was cleaning out my garage yesterday afternoon because... well it was messy. I heard a little "mew" from outside and looked toward the garage door, which was open. There, with his head peeking around the corner, was my cat.
He was missing for 9 days. Unfortunately he didn't have a microchip. It's funny how life works sometimes because Jessi and I had JUST talked about getting him one... and then he was laid off. Needless to say, as soon as shes employed again we will be getting him a chip.
In the mean time I'm really happy he's home. We missed him! THANK YOU to everyone who kept an eye out for him, we really appreciate it.
