AS HEARD HERE FIRST... Confirmed by the State Police this morning after we received an anonymous e-mail.
John Parrinello, known as a prominent defense attorney, former lawyer of former Greece Police Chief Merritt Rahn, and potential candidate for Rochester Mayor, was at a basketball tournament at Genesee Community College December 12th.
He became rowdy and was asked to leave by event staff. He refused. At that time State troopers arrested him and charged him with 3rd degree criminal trespass. He was given an appearance ticket and must return to Batavia city court on December 2th at 1pm.
He was allegedly there to support his son, who is the coach of the Monroe Community College girl's basketball team.
