The workers say they were told to not speak Spanish at the workplace.

They claim they only did it to discuss personal matters. They speak Eglish just fine and used English to communicate with others.

Then again... as a supervisor or co-worker who doesn't speak Spanish, do you get paranoid about what they are saying?
